Our scholars are getting to know their classmates. One of the great things for many across our community is the ability to bring people together.

Students at Theisen are getting the foundation for their physical education curriculum this year. The group looks ready to move, learn and grow throughout the year.

A new face to the team is SRO Clapper. He is a Fondy grad returning to support our scholars all across the community. We visited with him this morning at Theisen.

Our fifth graders at Pier are getting ready for math where they are preparing for their problem strings.

At Pier our Food Service partners with Chartwells are preparing for our scholars first lunch coming up. It takes a village and we are thankful to have so many amazing people supporting all across our learning community.

Lots of learning going on including bathroom procedures and hallway expectations. Learning is a lifelong venture to support growth in all areas of an individual's development journey.

First graders at Chegwin are learning about the calendar and what day today is. They are preparing to write out their own day as they begin their classwork for the year.

Parkside welcomed their scholars with red-carpet rollout just as they did earlier this summer with their amazing staff. How exciting for all within our Parkside community.

Parkside has excited and wonderful smiling faces as they finish breakfast.

Sabish has begun with their student learning and technology continues to support and supplement. Chromebooks are set and will be distributed throughout the day.

You will see our dedicated School Resource Officers (SROs) out, with assistance from additional patrol officers ensuring safe traffic in and around our schools. Thank you SRO Pimental for your watchful eye.

School safety patrol is out. Thank you to our wonderful student leaders helping keep all of our scholars safe.

The excitement of the first 2024-25 drop off is amazing. First-day-of-school pictures are a family must. Evans has plenty of spots for those memories to be stored away for future viewing.

Evans has their bus arriving and the countdown is on to students taking their seats in this year's classrooms.

As Fond du Lac community members approach schools, you will see safety cones reminding everyone to slow down. The excitement of the first day of school is here. We are excited to welcome our scholars.

Where does the time go? It is hard to believe we already have families, band members and high school athletes on campus for the 2024-25 school year. We are thrilled to see so many wonderful faces and look forward to learning together.
Thank you to the families who have confirmed their student and family information in our communication system. With 54% of families already confirmed, we are close to being ready for the first days of school. Several back-to-school events and open houses (https://www.fdlsd.org/page/back-to-school-info) across our district can help complete this process. Here are a few additional upcoming community events:
